Courtney Love reveals the pair were to take roles
Courtney Love has been talking about her late husband as the 15-year anniversary for Nirvana’s legendary “Nevermind” approaches, revealing how the couple had been offered a role in Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction.
In a new interview, Love says her former husband was given the chance to star as a small-time drug dealer, a role subsequently taken by Eric Stolz, with his heavily pierced girlfriend played by Rosanna Arquette.
“If Kurt had survived we’d be taking private jets by now,” she added to the NME. “He’d have loved that.”
The scene memorably witnesses Stolz’ character inject Mia Wallace, played by Uma Thurman, with a syringe of adrenalyne in the heart after she overdoses on heroin.
