    In Vishal Bhardwaj’s next

    Hollywood actress Uma Thurman may act in Vishal Bharad waj’!” s next project, based on the life of Australian-born Nadia aka Fearless Nadia. On a quest for realistic cinema, the director of Omkara, an adaptation of Shakespeare’s Othello, plans to capture Nadia’s life on reel..with Uma Thurman as lead.

    UTV Motion Pictures will produce the film. However, the production house is not keen to reveal much. Siddharth Roy Kapoor, marketing head of UTV, confirms that Bharadwaj will be directing his next for their production house.

    But when asked about the project, he says, ‘I’m not in a position to comment on what we are doing.’ Bharadwaj had been toying with the idea of making this film for a couple of years with Thurman as the lead. He even approached her with the role last year. Apparently, she has now approved the story and has asked for the final script.

    When asked to comment, Roy Kapoor says,’I can’t react or say anything on this. Wait for a few months and our company will officially announce every detail about the project.’
