Uma Fan was created by Maria in August 2006, on the domain www.uma-fan.com. As she told here previously, she came up with the idea around 1999/2000, but without enough free time, postponed the project. Later on, all most of those sites had closed, Uma Fan opened to the public on October 25, 2006.
In May 2008 the site changed domain to www.umathurman.org and have now been up for 2 years!
In August 2008, Maria sold the website to Gertie, that gently let Luciana adopt it. As you may (not) remember, I used to own uma.fan-sites.org. It was a relatively small fansite compared to this one but I was not worried about I was not here to compete. Luciana was looking for some help during her ownership of the site and I gladly volunteered in addition to closing my own Uma site. Then on May 2009, Luciana decided to give the entire website to me which made me so happy and honoured. Now here I am giving Uma fans the latest photos, news and gossip of Uma Thurman.

The Domain: Was bought by Maria in June/2005 and renewed by Gertie in October 2008.

Host: We are currently hosted at fan-sites.org network.
Tools: I use Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Notepad++ and Adobe Dreamweaver.

This site is not official. We don’t have any connection with Uma or her management. We’re just fans, making a website to show our support for this talented actress. Don’t send any e-mails to Uma, because she won’t receive them. They will only be deleted.
